My girlfriend and I decided to get a tattoo. We constantly see magpies around our town and are reminded of seeing ‘one for sorrow, two for joy’ so we thought we should incorporate it into a tattoo. We have one each, when we’re apart it’s sorrowful, when both are together it’s joyful. We’re incredibly in love and deeply happy. Done by Ivan in Hammersmith Tattoo.
